Company: Influx Role: AI & Automation Specialist – Learning & Design Location: Remote (Global / Follow-the-sun model) Employment Type: Full-time
As an AI Specialist at Influx, your main goal is to scale AI adoption inside the Learning Design team. You won’t just be building tools in a silo; you will be curating prompt libraries, designing AI pilots, and acting as a teacher to Learning Specialists and Assessors.
The ideal candidate is curious about technology but also possesses strong communication capabilities. You will be expected to “code through AI”, using generative tools to produce scripts and dashboards that improve business outcomes like onboarding speed and Quality Assurance (QA).
What You Will Actually Do
- Build & Automate: Create light automations and workflows that support the daily lives of Specialists and Assessors.
- Prompt Engineering: Curate and maintain libraries of AI prompts and context to ensure consistency.
- Teach & Enable: Act as the bridge between tech and people. You will facilitate sessions to teach colleagues how to apply AI effectively.
- Innovate: Design and run AI pilots to see how machine learning can accelerate learner development.
- Ethics First: Ensure all AI adoption is safe, ethical, and repeatable.
Who Should Apply?
Influx is looking for a specific blend of technical skill and emotional intelligence. You should apply if:
- You have 2–5 years of experience in AI applications specifically within learning (simulations, AI-supported design).
- You are comfortable using no-code tools and dashboards.
- You know how to use AI to generate, test, and refine code (even if you aren’t a traditional software engineer).
- You have excellent written and verbal English skills.
- You have a High-Performance Computing System capable of running analytical software (SQL, BI Tools) and large datasets.
